Did you know May is National Mental Health Awareness Month? In honor of this month, we're bringing back our Take & Makes in the form of an emotional support pickle you can make yourself! Come by the library to the Reference Desk for your very own emotional support pickle kit!

- Helping to relieve stress and anxiety
- Bringing comfort.
- Bringing a sense of reassurance.
- Aiding in emotional regulation by providing tactile and visual connections to feelings of safety and security.
