Many of us make New Year’s resolutions to eat healthier, but that may seem a daunting challenge in the modern economy! Inflation is sky high and so are food prices. It may feel frustrating trying to buy and prepare healthier foods when budgets only stretch so far.

Don’t give up! As part of our Sustained Success Series* of activities and informational programs, Quincy Public Library is here to help make your goals of healthy eating more sustainable- even on a tight budget! Partnering with Blessing Hospital, QPL is bringing you a class on tips, tools and tricks to save big $$ on healthy eating to help keep your goals on track. Also, we wouldn’t dare talk about food for an hour, make you hungry, and then send you home starving. A snack will be provided by Blessing Hospital. 😊
